YourStory Song — Refund Policy
Because each song is fully custom and created specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins. However, your satisfaction matters to us — and we stand behind our work.
1) Before production begins
If you request a refund before your song is written or recorded, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.
2) After production begins
If you are unsatisfied with your song, we will first offer:

Up to two revisions at no additional cost (lyrics, tone, or style adjustments).
Most customers find that small changes resolve concerns quickly — and we are committed to getting it right.
3) If you are still unhappy after revisions
If, after revisions, you are still dissatisfied, we will provide:

A full refund, OR
-
A store credit of equal value, at your choice.
4) Delivery issues
If your song is not delivered by the promised date (excluding delays caused by missing customer information), you are eligible for:

A full refund, or

Expedited completion at no extra charge.
